Promptly greeted and asked if I had any questions without being over. It was pretty busy but checkout moved fast and Kevin was helpful and very polite.

I was having some trouble with the chip on my card and an issue with my rewards, and they were extremely patient, attentive, and always had a smile on their face! 3 weeks agoThis place used to be absolutely fantastic but over the past few months, what I assume to be “corporate” has absolutely destroyed everything that was great with stupid policies and changes. They force customers to order online or on the stupid giant tv screens, reduced employees to like 3 during busy hours, and then they will take every last medical person that walks into the door while everyone else just waits and waits and waits forever instead of dedicating some employees to medical and some to recreational. Not sure why I have to wait 30 minutes now and watch people come in 20 minutes after me get served immediately and leave while not one person from recreation is helped. Now they added a “walk in” line which also gets priority…? 2 weeks ago i was told I have to pre order but now I’m penalized for ordering online? Recently they reduced the capacity of the waiting line to hold way less customers, so it’s wrapped all the way to the door. Stupid stupid stupid. Someone needs to change this place back to what it was a year ago. I’m going to have to look for a different company because this place just plain sucks now. I want to give it two stars because of how great it once was, but how bad it has become. Whoever is in charge of these changes needs to be fired and this needs to be used as an example of what not to do to your business.
