Great location, everyone there is so nice! I didn’t have to wait in line and was immediately helped by Savannah, who absolutely rocks. I had her pick out a few choices for me and she gave me her own reviews of the products, and her recommendation and insight was spot on! Totally made my day, definitely going back there cause the customer service was great!

Earth Med is awesome!!! Lots of specials, everyone was super nice and helpful! Courtney greeted me at the door, helped me out and John checked me out with world class customer service and was more helpful than I could ever imagine! Walked in, and Barb was quick to ask if I needed help looking for something, and this being my first time, I did! She was very knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I needed in my price range. EarthMed Rosemont stands out in its uniqueness, much like its diverse clientele. This location impresses with its state-of-the-art facilities and spotless environment, reflecting the owner’s innovative and forward-thinking approach. The experience here is nothing short of delightful. However, I’ve held back on a full five-star rating due to the physical distance between staff members. While each staff member is exceptionally friendly, the setup lacks the cozy, communal atmosphere of other branches where staff interactions contribute to a welcoming vibe. I believe that fostering stronger connections among the team could enhance the overall ambiance, making it not only a visually appealing space but also one that feels personally engaging. Should I witness this positive change, I wouldn’t hesitate to upgrade my rating to five stars.
