Update- Eddy from customer service actually reached out to me and expressed his frustration and apologized for my experience I had here the other day (original review below) which led me to giving a one star review. After the phone call with Eddy I am willing to change that rating from 1 star to 4, and that is only because he had the best attitude and he's the best customer service rep I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I expect this location to do better. "Everytime I come here i wonder how you guys are still in business. Between the high prices and lack of sales and then making patients wait over 10 mins in line while another patient takes forever to place an order was the last straw for me. Some of us really don't have the extra 10 minutes to wait while not acknowledging we have to wait. "

They refused my sale because they wouldn’t split payment two dollars in cash so I had enough in my account to cover the fee on my debit card. I have you know, I will never return. I specifically went there for the deals and now I will NEVER return. Absolutely worst experience. I told the lady at the register before she even began the transaction that I had to pay two dollars in cash and the rest on my card, completely ignored me. Had the entirely wrong product for my order. So that had to be changed even broke I rang out, and STILL DID NOT TELL ME THEY DONT DO SPLIT PAYMENTZ UNTIL AFTER EVERYTHING WAS CHANGED AND PAYMENT WAS DUE! I CANNOT BELIEVE I WASTED MY GIME, GAS, or ANY MONEY IN THIS DISPENSARY! If I could give negative, I would!

Received an empty container, no flower in container. When I went back in was called a liar n the girl Heather acted very suspicious, walking away to make phone call. Yes she did give me a new container but would not let me open it to check to see if it had flower in it. When I bought the empty container it was my first time in the store. After today's interaction i will never be returning. Make sure u shake your containers before leaving

UPDATE: Third time in a row I was overcharged beyond what my total was when I ordered online. What is the point of ordering online when you get charged a lot more when you go pick up your product? This dispensary used to be my go to. I have never had this problem at Organic remedies, so I will likely be doing most of my business there. Too bad, because Zen is closer to me. Great dispensary. Nice points system. My go to spot. Helpful and friendly staff. Alex B. was very helpful and knowledgeable.

It's conveniently located and Nick is always a great help whenever I have questions. Whenever Alex B. Takes care of me he's always super friendly and is very knowledgeable about the product, and Curtis always makes sure that my order is exactly what I want and has made great suggestions about products whenever I'm unsure. Great crew all around!
