I couldn’t recommend this location enough. Great products and even better customer service. I appreciate what you guys do. The GARLIC GLUE #16 by Good Green is phenomenal. To preface—leaving a review is highly atypical of me. However RISE (Mechanicsburg), specifically, woefully deserves these words. The customer service—arguably untouchable. Staff are consistently, and genuinely, engaging and knowledgeable with every interaction. Which is evident from the moment you enter to the moment you exit. Case in point—Jamie (staff member)—who’s immensely personable, precise, customer-focused, inclusive, and an absolutely wonderful conversationalist. Most notably, his ability to execute the transaction without it feeling—well—transactional. Listen, unarguably, if he isn’t already a manager or a person in leadership, he should be! As with any business natural processing/order issues arise, nonetheless, the staff are always timely in response and transparent with consideration to resolution. The ONLY reason I have to not rate this location as 5 star, respectfully, is the lack of curbside option. Which is a missed opportunity—albeit for security or regulatory reasons—folks love options…curbside options. And I’ll say it once more to the back of the room—CURBSIDE OPTIONS. But hey, this welcomes the opportunity for growth! Nonetheless, as long as RISE keeps this same quality of staff (Jamie), service, and attention to detail as the Mechanicsburg location, then they shall continue to get my money! Cheers, Cj

Such great service at rise tonight… well all the time but today was extra. I got there right before closing and hate being that girl, but I was. And then saw the new location and All of the products and was looking around while I waited in line. There was a small issue with my order, which was caught by the employee, so she was taking care of that while I looked around. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and she was very informative on all of the products as well. I added an extra item to my order and they helped me realize I had birthday points that I could use and other points as well. Very helpful. Jose and Mesg thank you for being so patient and helpful with the last-minute customer. I know sometimes at the end of the day all you wanna do is just get out of work and get home, but I never had that feeling like you wanted me to leave. I was not rushed at all and they actually thanked me for being patient and I was like, please I’m thankful for you cause I’m Always the hassle. Great customer service guys!! I’ll for sure be back at this location on the regular. Thanks!

I moved from Carlisle to Mechanicsburg not too long ago, and now that the new Rise location opened up here I can safely report that they are just as patient, helpful, and kind as their other location. Loved talking with Harper and Jamie. They gave the place such a positive atmosphere.

Always a pleasure walking in there and always so welcoming! Great customer service 😌. Jamie and Jose were wonderful and great to talk to while checking out. Can’t forget the good quality, great prices and an awesome selection!
