3 weeks agoI would give Rise FIVE STARS if not for their new website. It is absolutely HORRIBLE. Nearly impossible to order, cancel orders or perform searches. Super confusing layout and difficult to see order history or loyalty points. I go to the Rise store in Chambersburg Pa. The people there are always super nice and very helpful and knowledgeable. If you want to go to Rise I’d suggest going in person. Like I said the people who work there are always really friendly. But I have been using Organic Remedies more recently because I like their website and it is more user friendly. So AWESOME PEOPLE HORRIBLE WEBSITE.

I dealt with Dallas and Zach, they both provided such amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and personable! Their receptionists are top notch! Always smiling!
