nuEra Aurora Dispensary

I’ve been going to this location for a while and the last transaction i believe they forgot to give me my medical discount and then I was mistaken because I didn’t realize I was getting charged extra fees so I brought that up but they explained to me that the balance was correct. Just a little misunderstanding not a big deal at all. One of the ladies behind the desk tells the worker who was taking my order to count her bills for my transaction… I was using a debit card. It was just really rude that she was trying to make it out like I was trying to pull over something on them. Besides this issue they offer $100 for your first visit or atleast this is what the website says. When you get to the store they act like they have no idea about the deal even though I have a screen shot and have shown them before. I had one worker explain to me that it is only for medical patients at medical dispensaries but it doesn’t say that on the website and I feel it’s super misleading. I wanted to go to nuEra the first time because I saw they had that deal. It was a very big let down to say the least, bordering on feeling like false advertisement. Besides these issues I brought up the workers are super friendly and do a great job with helping you. Ultimately I just wish they made good on their offer that they still have on their website to this day. At most other dispensaries they would have just took the loss to make it their customer happy, especially in a case like this when there is obvious deception.

Best dispensary ever! I never go anywhere else. The employees are so kind and remember you by name every time. They are so helpful and always so friendly. I love the loyalty program and it has saved me so much money each time I go. Highly recommend!! 😀

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in a dispensary!!! Maria was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient, especially when I had trouble figuring out exactly what I wanted and what my payment options were. The vibes in the store are top notch, and service was also very quick. I would highly, highly recommend this dispensary for anyone in the area or passing by!

The staff here is always friendly & willing to give advice whenever needed. They work quickly & take their time with each customer to assure that they are getting what they want & need.

Just a couple of days ago I bought an “ounce” from them only to open a completely empty container and now they’re trying to say the only thing they can do for me is give me partial points for the purchase. I still can’t believe that their solution to a $120 purchase is 80 points plus the 120 I had already received purchasing an empty container bringing this to a $6 off my next purchase. That’s their solution for their mistake on buying and selling an empty container from the manufacturer. Everyone else is saying they can’t do anything to compensate me so please make sure to check your non see through containers before leaving the store!!! This is an insane situation and completely unprofessional, I will never buy from them ever again.
