3 weeks agoI love this location and the staff that make it so pleasant. Everything is super clean, and you feel right at home. Whether you order online, or walk. in and ask for the most you can get for the smallest amount of money they will take care of you. I have made many new friends there, and I am quite shy in public. Try the lounge and take a minute to breathe inhale and escape the rat race for a beautiful minute.

6 months agoGreat experience. I was fortunate to meet new growers from South Chicago Heights and the family at Ground Game: bringing new skus to customers. Really great chocolate. The private event and hosts were great. The ownership was in attendance and wish them continued success.

a month agoWhenever I visit OKAY Cannabis Dispensary I have always felt welcomed (even when I do not purchase anything!) Staff there is friendly and knowledgable, seemingly wanting the best experience for you as a consumer. The added benefits of the lounge, as well as the West Town Bakery, make for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. (I recommend the animal cracker cake ball, they’re dangerously delectable.) I’d continue to shop here even if I wasn’t banned from other dispensaries… it’s just that fabulous and fantastic of an experience!

Multiple weeks, I have tried to get more information about your Baked Bingo so that I could bring a group of friends up from Chicago, but no one answers the phone or responds to emails. Are you open??? We have plans to come up tomorrow, but I am not bringing us all the way up to Wheeling unless someone contacts me. I realize that herb caters to the more relaxed of us, but please, at least try to act like you're running a business. I swear it was easier to get my connection back in the day than connect with you.
