STIIIZY Pacoima (San Fernando)

Small compared to the downtown one. Here in pacoima beggars can’t be choosers. The place is very modern and clean. They have all sorts of products. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Good spot to get your needs dealt with.

I initially left a less favorable review due to concerns about recent price increases. However, I want to acknowledge STIIIZY's response to my feedback. Their explanation about the challenges of rising production and compliance costs, along with their efforts to maintain competitive pricing, really put things into perspective. It's clear they care about their customers and strive to provide quality products at reasonable prices. I appreciate the transparency and professionalism in their response, and I’m happy to continue supporting them. Hopefully, the market stabilizes, and we see better prices in the future, but for now, I trust STIIIZY to deliver good value. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Been here a few times. Happy to have this store in my neighborhood. An employee by the name of Jeremy has helped me out last couple visits, he is very knowledgeable and patient and he has excellent customer service. Looking forward to the next visit.

I would prefer to leave a zero star review. I've been coming here since the store opened and have never had an issue with a return until today. I walked out of the store with three pods, was told to test them to make sure they work, and to bring them back if I had an issue. I did so without hesitation to make sure the items were not defective. Unfortunately one of the three was defective and upon trying to return the item that did NOT pull smoke and smelled and tasted like burnt chemicals (which is not my experience previously) I was told to contact support via email and they wouldn't exchange the defective item. It could've been a really simple fix, but they decided against providing customer service I'd expect from a company I spend hundreds of dollars at. I'll take my business elsewhere and if you don't want to risk wasting your money I suggest you do the same.

Only issue I really have with the place is the getin-getout. Very awkward to get in to the parking are if you're exiting 118 East and if you need to go left when you are leaving the parking lot, good luck with that. That out of the way, big store, big selection and varied options. Obviously it's Stizzy branded product heavy but that's ok with me. Staff was helpful and courteous. Had to wait a few minutes in line as only two were working the counter but not bad and maybe someone was on break or something. Recommended.
