Michelle and every single one of your staff folks are the BEST!!! Every time I come in I’m warmly greeted by all staff, everyone is having a lot of fun on their shifts and involving the customers in on it too. Great place, great product, great vibes, great people. i adore every single one of your employees, you can’t ever fire them!! It’s challenging to find places that employees enjoy their jobs, each other, and their customers. I could go to a few closer places, but I don’t. I don’t even bother trying. Between the point system and the employees, why would I even want to see if the grass is greener? Shout out to security for being the most chill people I’ve ever met. Very chill, very kind, very funny folks. You guys deserve a pat on the back too! Big love!

Very nice atmosphere! Patrick and the others were great! Everyone was so friendly and personable. Overall it was truly a great experience. This establishment is well equipped, stocked and well staffed. The transaction was quick and the service was nothing less than 1st class!

Ann is super awesome! Out of all the countless times I've been to a dispensary, she is by far the most awesome and coolest person I've dealt with! I hope she knows how amazing she is! Stellar service! The other people working are awesome too! Will be back again! Oh and they have the best deals around!

It was my first time at a dispensary ever. My mind was totally flabbergasted by the amount of taxes, which is the one and only con. However, the atmosphere was nice. Everyone was friendly and happy to be of assistance to me ensuring that I got everything I ask for and more. Overall, it was truly a pleasurable experience. This establishment is well equipped, stocked and well staffed with knowledgeable personnel.

When they first opened up they didn't have much of an inventory. That's always going to happens with new business of course. But now they have so much stuff to choose from! Always have deals and they have a rewards program. The security at the entrance is so professional and courteous that I never feel uncomfortable coming in. Everyone on staff is nice and the staff on the floor are always making sure everyone who needs help gets it. The displays are great and the shop is super clean. Love this place! Best thing to happen to waukegan since I've been here!!!
