    Bought 4 disposable vapes from this store, 3 of the 4 died before using them up. One died shortly after opening. I was on vacation(the reason i bought disposables), and came back a week later to find out that the store wouldn’t do anything to help me out because the return policy is 7 days. Very disappointed. It’s pretty messed up selling defective medication to a medical patient. Not to mention the fact that I was put on hold twice for over 10 minutes to get this information. The rewards point system is also very weak here, have to spend $1500 to get $65 back. Only reason I started shopping here is it was close to work. But with so many dispensaries now, it will be easy to find a new spot. Edit: forgot to mention how awful the parking situation is. Good luck if you decide to shop here.

    The people who work here are very helpful and kind. They work hard. Decent flower selection and pricing. Maryland also has solventless extracts now and they have had a few nice ones in the past but could use a restock. Sometimes close to closing time the line gets long which is normal so come early. Parking can be tricky the lot is tiny but there’s usually extra spots at the hardware store.

    Would give zero stars if able to. There is no concept of waiting in line for this place. Don't bother waiting in line. They are going to ignore you and call people who were behind you. They have a designated medical line but that is useless too, seems like they combine both. Also don't bother making an online order. They won't get it ready anyways until you arrive so expect at least 20 minute wait. (compared to other places where I was in an out in about 10 minutes).

    Good products, great prices, I always see which shops have the best deals and it's usualy them. Staff is cool and knowledgeable. Helped me get my med card. Great place all around.

    Been a medical customer for many years but not going back here again. After the mgmt change, Customer service has gotten really poor, took over 30 mins to get an online order pick up, no preference for medical patients and unfriendly rude staff.
