a week agoTerrible service. I placed a delivery order before 8pm to be sure my order would be completed same evening as it states if you place an order after 8pm it may be cancelled. They still cancelled my order and when I reached out by phone they said delivery is closed. But delivery is until 9:30pm according to their website. The storefront offered no explanation nor gave any options. Would not recommended to anyone. Also extremely happy I didn’t pay by card. Again terrible customer service

a month agoReally loving my new friends at From the Earth. Excellent selection with reasonable prices and super friendly service. The app is a great idea, but performance and usage is a little clunky, so I didn't give 5 stars. But great dispensary in Orange County.

a month agoWaited 4 hours for a delivery spent over 170 no ftp items inside only got discounts online but with fee and chargers came out to the same before my total. Only good part was delivery driver was super amazing. They don't update there weedmaps live they just idle every thing. When asked about issues they said they were short staffed. I can understand that but to make someone wait 4 hours. Please update your delivery time it's no 30-75mins please be honest and put 1-4 hours waiting time.
