in the last weekDisappointing first experience, and I won’t be ordering again. My delivery took about two hours, which was fine, but they sent the wrong item. When I called the driver, he told me to contact the store. Andrew, the customer service rep, was unhelpful—his first solution was for me to come in and swap it, even though I ordered delivery for a reason. When I explained I don’t live in Santa Ana, he offered store credit instead of fixing the mistake. I requested a redelivery, and he vaguely said it could come tomorrow but didn’t provide any details until I had to ask. Poor customer service all around.

4 weeks agoExtremely bad experience! I walked in as a first time customer, and left without buying anything! Staff told me that I was required to download an app, and give them personal email information. I expressed that I was uncomfortable with having to jump through these hoops just to be eligible for the discount. I asked if there was anything else I could do and was told no. I was prepared to be a loyal customer, and spend hundreds on products, and the staff there just let me walk out the door without spending a dime. All over an app and email. It’s completely unprofessional. Also, their price points are much higher than competition. There are so many great places to buy your products. Don’t waste your time with this company!
