a month agoExtremely bad experience! I walked in as a first time customer, and left without buying anything! Staff told me that I was required to download an app, and give them personal email information. I expressed that I was uncomfortable with having to jump through these hoops just to be eligible for the discount. I asked if there was anything else I could do and was told no. I was prepared to be a loyal customer, and spend hundreds on products, and the staff there just let me walk out the door without spending a dime. All over an app and email. It’s completely unprofessional. Also, their price points are much higher than competition. There are so many great places to buy your products. Don’t waste your time with this company!

2 weeks ago10/10. This place has by far one of the largest selection of 710Labs products in OC. Very impressed. Super friendly staff and delivery drivers. Loved that I could schedule the delivery and it arrived within two hours on a Saturday.
