I hadn’t had any issues here until recently. I placed an order at 8:24pm, and it was accepted and confirmed for pick up between 830-845. I have walked into this dispensary multiple times before closing because i get off at 8 most days. I have never had an issue before when getting there at 8:50-8:55. I pulled up at 8:55 and all the lights were off, and the last employee was walking to their car. I asked them if they always closed early, and his response was “we do when we’re slow and we haven’t had anyone in the last hour”. I said, “well i placed an order at about 830, and you guys confirmed and accepted it, yet now you’re closed.” There were also two other patrons in the parking lot that had pulled up, only to realize you were closed. I work retail so I know you don’t just turn the lights off and leave. There is usually money to count or some type of procedures to follow, which means they had to have closed the store down prior to even 8:55. If a business has posted they are open until a certain time, as a patron, you expect them to be open until that exact time, unless stated otherwise due to a holiday or weather. This isn’t a mom and pop shop so I’m confused as to why you are closing early, considering this is not apparently the first time this has happened. If you’re going to allow your store to close early due to “lack of business”, you need to update your hours of operation to say that, “hours may differ”. I really would like to go back since this dispensary is the closest to me, however, I am extremely disappointed in this most recent experience and the lack of care for your patrons’ time.

Very impressed with the selection. I have been searching everywhere for the Cronuts #4 capsules and finally found it here. It’s a bit out of my way but I will say that I will choose to order from here now as opposed to Ascend. Their prices are much better and I like the vibe at this shop. And they have 2 ATMs which is convenient.

The billboard that advertises “$1 cart for new members” was a complete let down. First off, the girl said “let me see if we have any more of those carts”. If you’re going to advertise it, you should have it. Second, it was a half gram of some absolute trash. Blue razz slushy, quite possibly the worst tasting cartridge I’ve ever had. Tastes like a swimming pool. Third, you have to buy something to get the deal! Also did not know that. So I bought an over priced pre roll. This could’ve been a 1G cart, for $1 like advertised, and you should pick your own. Been to a few dispensaries that do this.

Amazing customer service, daily specials/sales, and a rewards program. The staff is knowledgeable, personable, and make you feel super comfortable. *Highly* recommend.
