Cypress is by far one of the best examples of professionalism, diplomacy and empathy I have ever encountered. She is very professional, friendly, Very knowledgeable and was so much fun! I love it when I go into a place and someone is just smiles happy with a wonderful disposition! I'm so grateful to Cypress and Ivy Hall Bucktown! Check it out unbelievable prices, huge stock, the atmosphere and the rec dispensary is a beautiful place all together. Again incredible prices and a fun atmosphere/experience! Thank you!

3 months ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ivy Hall is seriously the best dispensary I’ve ever been to. The vibe in there is unmatched—super chill, clean, and just a great energy all around. But honestly, what made my visit amazing was Freddy. He was so helpful, friendly, and really knew his stuff. Freddy took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave me recommendations that were spot-on. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does, and he made the whole experience feel easy and fun. If you’re thinking about checking out Ivy Hall, do it—and definitely see if Freddy is around to help you out. You won’t be disappointed!

He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain the differences between various strains, helping me choose the perfect one for my needs. Octavio was friendly, patient, and made the entire process feel seamless. The atmosphere of the dispensary was welcoming, clean, and well-organized, and I appreciated the variety of products available. I’ll definitely be returning—thanks to Octavio for making it a great visit! Highly recommend!
