  It was my first time at Ivy Gall. Everyone that I came in contact with from the people at the front door through to the cashier was so nice, welcoming and helpful. I was at the cashier to cash out with the cashier, Zoe. She was so helpful and answered all my questions and I actually bought another product along with my online order. It is because Zoe explained everything to me about product what discounts there are, etc. I went in the store early right after they opened and found out I got an early bird special discount. Zoe was so pleasant, helpful and a great person to work with. I have found the dispensary that I’ll be going to from now on.

  Today was yet another amazing experience during my visit. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers Tim. Along with everyone else who works here, his energy, hospitality & service was top tier. I joked with him and said “this is my second home” lol it truly is. I don’t only come back because the product is good. I come back for the friendly familiar faces and the peaceful environment.

  Everyone at Ivy Hall was welcoming and friendly on my visit. I went in looking for help with CBD products for a family member dealing with dental pain. Tim was so helpful and knowledgeable, and with his guidance I found several products to try, and spent less than I expected! The whole store is spotless, with great accessories and merchandise to tempt you while you wander. Great experience, and highly (cough) recommended.
