Danielle has the patience of a saint. I was having such a hard day and she took a second just to let me know it was okay we were gonna get thru it. Great girl, knowledgeable of the products and all around helpful. The security men are also just so kind everyone always has a smile when you come in and talk to them. She made my visit better than I expected. If you go in make sure to give those folks in there some love, they're doing a wonderful job. I've even gone in when they're extremely busy and they make sure to give you their undivided attention and make you, their customer, comfortable and leave happy with your purchase. 10/10 recommend (If you catch their sales you can get some great deals)

Wow. First 4,300 reviews alone for a dispensary? So this was my first visit to Rise, first Maryland dispensary and 4th recreational dispensary. Definitely the most modern, upscale, and staffed one yet. It's like the Chick-Fil-A of dispensaries. I arrived right before closing 9:50pm Sunday evening... was worried I wouldn't be let in, but customers have until 10:30pm inside. I walked in and had to provide my ID to a staff member before being allowed to enter the sales area. There is an enter and exit door you can't see beyond. Upon entering I was directed to a self serve kiosk by a new staff member. There were still about 10 customers shopping, and around 20 employees. The kiosk is great- you are able to browse and filter the extensive selection. I just ordered edibles- 10pk 10mg guava passionfruit sativa gummies. Then you proceed to the front counter to show ID again and pay. Kiosk said $20, I ended paying $15. Forgot to ask if it was cheaper with cash or if there was a new customer discount. Like the fast food comparison, staff prepares your order in the back and cashier/checkout staff gets it from a staging area. I was very impressed with their operations. Only issue would be waiting, so time it right if you can.. 2 hours to sit in a drivethrough just sounds sad.

I always absolutely love rise. But today was excellent! They were super staffed! Service was fast and friendly and the vibe was happy and energetic. KEATON Is incredible! They are friendly and helpful and just all around fun to chat with !

Visited rise and had a great experience. Rosie and Melissa were extremely helpful and answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me choose the right products for my needs. The customer service by these two was exceptional.

I went to Rise in Hagerstown for my first time a week ago. Everyone was very friendly and helpful as I was greeted at the door. After I made my selections at the computer screen, I stood in line for a short time until it was my turn at the counter. Graham was very informative on my selections and gave me great pointers to look out for on my next trip to Rise. I will be returning very soon! Back again! ...and again and again!
