I've been coming here for all my pick up for a while now and it's always great service, good speed even when it's packed and everyone is always friendly. Sandy is always nice to chat with and a pleasure. Also LOVE all the pins on the lanyards.

I use RISE in Hagerstown MD instead of my hometown dispensary not only because their prices and deals make it affordable to enjoy the things I like , but also because of how kind and welcoming the staff members are! From when you walk in the building to check in to when you go to grab your order! One person in particular that has quickly become one of my favorite budtenders is Sandy! She took her time (as they all do) to ensure my order was correct , but also made my day better by just having a few minutes of small talk! Things like that make coming to this dispensary much more enjoyable ❤️

Danielle has the patience of a saint. I was having such a hard day and she took a second just to let me know it was okay we were gonna get thru it. Great girl, knowledgeable of the products and all around helpful. The security men are also just so kind everyone always has a smile when you come in and talk to them. She made my visit better than I expected. If you go in make sure to give those folks in there some love, they're doing a wonderful job. I've even gone in when they're extremely busy and they make sure to give you their undivided attention and make you, their customer, comfortable and leave happy with your purchase. 10/10 recommend (If you catch their sales you can get some great deals)

Being newer to this, I had some apprehension about entering the store as I have very little knowledge about this type of product. I was greeted so kindly by the security guard who assured me that if I needed help either someone inside would help me or I could ask him, that alone made me feel better. I dealt with a very kind and funny woman named Emily. Emily and I worked through what I needed and found the best products for me. Emily made this whole process a cake walk for me. Greatly appreciated her, the guard and the environment all around. Will definitely be making more trips there! Keep up the great work Emily! ☺️
