Brianne was lovely. Attentive, courteous and after patiently listening to me explain what I was looking for, she made a suggestion. She hit it out of the park. Whoever is training your staff is doing a lovely job. Everyone makes me feel like they know me and are happy to see me. I'm hitting the lounge next time. I hope Brianna can take a break and join me!!! I would love going to work if I could work with your staff.

I had originally called and was greeted by a lovely lady on the phone. She had redhair and was working the entrance way counter when you walk through the first door. But she explained over the phone that everyone who works here shares this passion and to trust that yall want the same thing i do. Then i met this majestic creature named Serena who had a bubbly personality and could tell i was new to all this. She metaphorically held my hand through the process and she probably spent more time than she wanted to explaining everything to me but do you know what? She was smiling the entire time! She was thorough, funny, and added her own personal insights and i feel like she fully understood my needs. I am a sasquatch size of a man and it felt like the entire time she was cradling me in her tiny arms making sure i was soothed and cared for. Safe to say thank you. You have earned a customer for life and thank you Serena for making all this easy for me!

My first visit to Parkway was amazing. From the minute I got there, the whole experience was fun and easy. Nate D was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He helped me find some new favorites, and really gave in depth suggestions which I appreciated. I’m excited to try the events that they have here, and will definitely be back!
