I’ve been going to rise for about 2 years now and it’s the only place I usually go. There’s always a wide range of items to choose from and I love the rewards program. They usually have great sales and their people are always awesome. Sabrina is one of my favorite sales people. She always offer stickers for my son when we come through and she’s very polite and friendly. Gihon is also very nice and welcoming when he’s in the working in the check in window. He always says hi to my son and makes him feel welcome there.

What can I say!? Always so kind and informative. Karson was awesome to work with, bright and helpful, they answered all my questions, and really gave a personal touch to the interaction that will keep me coming back. I cannot recommend Rise enough and especially the wonderful employees that really make it worth the while!

I had a fantastic experience with Christian S at Rise Dispensary in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Christian was extremely helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure I felt comfortable with my choices. His customer service skills are top-notch—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went the extra mile to ensure I had a positive experience. I’ve always appreciated the great service at this location, but I wanted to address an experience I had today, 12/10/24. While in the drive-thru, I mistakenly addressed an employee as "ma'am" because their voice sounded soft. Unfortunately, I couldn’t see them due to the type of pane glass in the window—it allows them to see us, but we can’t see them. I quickly apologized for the mix-up, but I was met with unnecessary attitude. Misunderstandings happen, but a little patience and professionalism in such situations would go a long way. I hope this feedback helps improve interactions in the future. Thank you for taking the time to consider this.

Pretty decent place, one employee might be scamming people’s money though. Handed him a $100 for a $25 cart and got handed back $25. I told him that’s not right and he acted so dumb stressed I caught him. Think he’s doing it to a bunch of people. The other staff was kind and friendly and pretty good. Driveway out the roll thru needs repaved, could totally bust your car if you don’t avoid the pot holes. Parking lot is kind of tight and the entrance is tight but not terrible if you know how to drive.
