  My dad and I were pretty pissed off when we got in because the employee at the counter refused to help us because we didn't have an online order. She told me dad she wasn't going to take his order and directed him to the kiosk. He's older and is computer adverse. Also, we both wanted recommendations from the employees. Strains are always coming and going. It's hard to keep up. Just as I was about to argue with the employee, Erica (I think was her name) came up and decided to help me. I was thankful, but still pretty annoyed. She recommended a new product that was cleaner. I hadn't heard about it and I was very excited about. Exactly why I wanted a person and not a stupid computer. The store wasn't even busy so I'm still stumped as to why the first employee turned us away. As Erica was helping, Bee came over to further assist and gave me a great product with some tips. Bee was very helpful, kind, and all around wonderful. She is the reason for 4 stars instead of 1 which I was going to give because of the refusal to help us. Please don't make me and my dad use the kiosks.

But I can tell you that Bee is absolutely your best!!!!   Great place! Immediate welcoming when you first walk in. Exceptional service from the start but from the budtender Bee! Extremely kind and personal. On top of being a dog lover and very complimentive, she was quick, friendly, and has a wonderful positive personality!
