I have been a customer at this location now for about 2 years, and it has left me with a few choice words to say. I have visited all of the local dispensaries in my location and I can say without a second doubt, this is my favorite location. The set up, the staff, and the general vibe of this location is unmatched in terms of friendliness, efficiency, and knowledge. I have never had a bad experience at this store, and don’t see one in sight. I would like to give a special shoutout to Michael who each and every time I come in has been nothing but helpful and friendly. He has helped me grow my knowledge of medical marijuana, its benefits, and suggestions on how I could use it to best help my condition. Overall I would say if you are looking for great service, and products at a reasonable price, you should definitely give this place a try.

I’ve been shopping here for over a year, and every encounter I’ve had with staff has been spectacular! Everyone here goes above and beyond to help me find what I need, even if it’s a last minute request or I have no idea what I need. I’m a naturally anxious shopper, and I always feel so welcome and comfortable at Rise Mechanicsburg. Dug helped me today and he was so kind and helpful!

Absolutely stellar service! Jamie was super helpful and friendly. Took the time to explain and check my points. Totally put me at ease.
