I loved that there is a good amount of parking space. There was no long lines and plenty ways to order per tablets provided. We were able to utilize the lounge. We had a nice size booth for our group. We were able to utilize different smoking tools, shown to us by our pleasant waitress. There were board games to keep the fun going and a small snack menu for the munchies. This was a great low key spot to enjoy.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Rise Mundelein. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic visit. First, Nico welcomed me into the Smoke Easy Lounge with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. He made me feel right at home and set the tone for a great experience. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Tyler. I was having some issues with my medical card due to confusion caused by another provider, and Tyler was incredibly helpful. He straightened everything out quickly and efficiently, saving me a lot of hassle. When I decided to check out the merch on sale, Violet was there to assist. She was super helpful and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I left with some really sweet items, all thanks to her. Finally, my time in the Smoke Easy Lounge was made even better by Reese. He was an expert and knowledgeable server who held great conversation and educated me on a Dr. Dabber rig. His polite and lovely demeanor made the experience top-notch. I had the most amazing time interacting with Bianca and Jamie from the Rhythm/GTI team at the Soulshine Music Festival In Chillicothe, IL this past week. Their energy and enthusiasm were infectious, making the entire experience incredibly fun. Bianca was fantastic, always engaging and full of positive vibes. Her passion for Rhythm products really shone through, and she made sure everyone was having a great time. Jamie was equally wonderful, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a friendly attitude that made every conversation enjoyable. The entire Rhythm team created such a welcoming and lively atmosphere. It was a pleasure to be part of their activities, and they certainly added an extra layer of enjoyment to the festival. I just left the store and had a terrible experience. I was treated very poorly at the reception by an overweight white guy. He said I couldn’t enter with the ID I had, and after that, he aggressively kicked me out of the store. I could have gone to the car to get my driver’s license, but the way I was treated at the reception made me never want to return to this butcher shop again.

Just an extraordinary experience! Sam P had answers to questions I didn’t even know to ask! She made the renewal of my medicinal card SO easy- And she was incredibly helpful on what strains and mixes would help MY issues. CAN’T wait to have her input on my next order- she is truly AMAZING!
