2 weeks agoI come in here to buy concentrates only, and the last few times I re-up from here, the concentrates are straight up garbage. The seal has leaked sticky glue residue onto the whole jar and the top layer is covered in a sticky rubbery mucus. They refuse to replace these grams because the store policy is if you leave the store, they won’t offer replacement. So they expect you to open and inspect every package in store before you leave. Even showing them this in person does nothing. They tell you to just try it to see if it’s fine. But there’s literally glue residue in the jar. You expect people to medicate off this? Cause that can’t be safe for consumption. Next time if you buy anything in this store, open it in front of their face and inspect it so they can’t make any excuse on why they can’t replace the garbage they have in stock.
