2 months agoi purchased what i thought was going to be a live surf pod but when i got home i saw that the packaging is actually for the classic, not the live. very disappointed in the wrong advertising and if it wasn’t for the discount that’s running i would be even more upset. this should definitely be changed on the menu so other people can avoid this.

a month agoPoor experience manager was super rude and demeaning in the fact we have questions. Made it a point to make us wait so she could make a phone call "because she doent personally smoke" when we wanted to be sure we received what we spent a good amount of money for... this is super disappointing as my husband and I love this dispensary and just gave the cashier who checked us out a $7 tip. Until today, we have NEVER received such disrespectful service. Super surprised and disappointed. I may need to think twice before spending my money here...

a month agoI am not a fan of this place. The leaving in the same door you enter in doesnt seem normal when compared to other places. The staff don't seem to like their jobs very much and it isnt that great that they wear uniforms like it's Starbucks...it is silly. Very confusing sales and pricing and website are not clear as I have gone there looking for a particular strain only to have them tell me to go to the other store. I'm not driving around everywhere to get this. Why don't you have similar options at each store? Seems like one is more used for overflow rather than being a flagship store. Just the vibe is off here.

3 weeks agoHi, I am a Cancer Patient and have been on Palliative Cancer Care through Dana Farber Cancer institute Boston Ma. for years and the Pain Meds just were Not helping me anymore. Then the Medical Card and my Primary Doctor has seen me getting better mentally and a little physically and Sunnyside Leicester,Ma. Has been there for me and it is always a good day when I go to Pick up my order and I noticed that you should show videos of everybody leaving after purchasing their Products with a little orange bag full of goodies. Evero e is SMILING. BECAUSE YOU GUYS KNOW HOW TO KEEP US, PATIENTS,PATIENT.....
