a month agoi purchased what i thought was going to be a live surf pod but when i got home i saw that the packaging is actually for the classic, not the live. very disappointed in the wrong advertising and if it wasn’t for the discount that’s running i would be even more upset. this should definitely be changed on the menu so other people can avoid this.

2 weeks agoI am not a fan of this place. The leaving in the same door you enter in doesnt seem normal when compared to other places. The staff don't seem to like their jobs very much and it isnt that great that they wear uniforms like it's Starbucks...it is silly. Very confusing sales and pricing and website are not clear as I have gone there looking for a particular strain only to have them tell me to go to the other store. I'm not driving around everywhere to get this. Why don't you have similar options at each store? Seems like one is more used for overflow rather than being a flagship store. Just the vibe is off here.

2 months agoApparently, you’re not allowed to use your cell phone in there to view their menu and show them what you would like to purchase. There is nothing documented on the door or walls of this, but yet people can get kicked out for it and then when you ask for a manager‘s name or the corporate office you get I’m not giving you that information. I think they’re very unprofessional and dont know how to treat customers right

3 months agoNo stacking why go ?? You offer a sale and I have a renewal discount I can’t use ? Makes no sense it’s a perk to have a renewal discount so give me my perk when I wanna use it. Sale item or not way better offer at clear sky and curaleaf don’t waste your time here they are stingy !! I could get the same Oz at clear sky with out using my med card and get a discount for the same price 75$ Oz no card needed and in Worcester. I’m sorry but wake up America is struggling a sale is a sale and a discount is a discount don’t give us something we can never use ! 110$ Oz clear sky has for $75 haha joke

a year agoEasy online ordering and great prices for bomb products! The staff is always attentive and friendly! I appreciate that I can usually be in and out in under 10 mins! My favorite dispensary around! Keep up the good work!
