2 months agoGreat selection, always quick and easy, usually lots of deals but the SERVICE. TOP TIER! I always feel so welcomed and taken care of but I want to put special shout out to DEE! She is always so welcoming, so bright, so happy and so helpful. Never rushes me when I have questions and somehow makes you feel like a star by the time you leave! She is a great example of customer service! Kudos too DEE!

a month agoMy experience this day was something else to put it nicely. From coming into the 1st door and going through the 2nd it seemed like everyone had an attitude for some reason. (In a Medical Marijuana dispensary of all places.. go figure). If it wouldn't have been for Dee I can honestly say that I wouldn't have come back. In order to work In a customer related field you have be a people person or at least good at acting like it. Dee is a people person in every sense of the word. She made me feel like I was heard and her down to earth vibe really resonated with me and put me at ease. Anytime I come in there and see her I know that it's going to be a pleasant experience. Sunnyside really got lucky when they hired her as one of their employees !

2 weeks agoDespite the distance this is still one of my favorite dispensaries. They always have great sales & the staff is always very friendly & helpful. Today specifically i was served by Adam & he was FANTASTIC. Not only was he friendly, knowledgeable & polite he let me know about a deal I was about to miss out on bc I was one item short. He then helped me pick out a great concentrate, red delicious sand & my bonus cresco cart @10$ for purchasing 5 items; he recommended banana punch. I spent 150ish total walked out with a half ounce of whole flower an eighth of whole flower 1g of live sand & 3 LLR .5g carts. Wow what a deal! Perfect timing too I'm broke cause my hot water tank & fridge died. Adam totally hooked me up & my week is gonna go so much better because of it. I just dipped into my new stash & I can already tell his recommendations are right on point I'm loving both the red & banana!

2 months agoLove Dee she is so awesome and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond with every customer. Makes you feel comfortable talking with her. All the staff is nice but she is amazing.

2 months agoI love SunnySide; ALL the staff is always so friendly and helpful. their product selection is great and they regularly have sales/discounts. Adam was Amazing! He was quick with suggestions and so knowledgeable on the products, it was impressive. He was very kind and patient with me while it took me forever to decide on what I wanted. Truly a top notch employee. SunnySide is lucky to have employees like Adam.
