a week agoCompared to the other stores just like this, I felt this place was very unorganized and pushy. You can not look at any product for it's all behind the wall. You have to tell the employee exactly what you're looking for so she can look it up on a laptop. You have to look at your selection through pictures, and the line is growing behind you as you're doing this. My friend also wanted to purchase, but with the line growing behind us, we basically drove for an hour and a half for 2 things, and we left. Maybe more employees with laptops would help. Within minutes, I had 5 people behind me all waiting, so there's NO time to leisurely shop

2 months agoI understand the website and the doors on the building says they are open til 9 pm so why is the doors locked and no one is allowed in after 8:30? And why did they wait to reject my order til 8:38 when I pulled into the parking lot. I bet I'm not the only one coming from another county and have to navigate traffic to get there. I don't appreciate the 4 workers (who were closing the store tonight) not giving us a moment of their time as they were leaving at 8:40pm and instead were laughing at us while they walked to their cars. It should be posted that you close at 8:30 instead of 9 for people are coming out of town. I love the product from this store and I've never had an issue with my orders but the customer service needs to be improved.
