  This place is great! There are always good deals to follow and the staff are super friendly. I look forward to the days when Nick is working! He's a great guy and is always super helpful and friendly. On more than one occasion, he has helped me make last second changes to my order to swap for items I thought were out of stock. He genuinely cares about the patients, which is really refreshing each visit.

  Half of my experience was great. Ordering online was definitely the way to go. You don’t have to stand in the outside line and do the whole registration/ordering process in the lobby. You just skip right up to the counter to check in and head back. The issue is here. There was only 1 person working and there are 2 lines. One for medical and one for adult use. Medical gets first priority no matter how long the other people have been waiting. And I can understand why but at the very least there should be 2 people working the registers/helping customers. I stood and waited for over 30 mins because it took the employee 10 minutes to check out each person and by the time she was almost done another medical would come in. By the time it was my turn the line behind me was 25 people deep. I get this is new but I feel like you had ample time to prepare. All that said the girl who checked me out was very nice and the guy up front checking in was great too.

  I'd never been to a place like this but Crash is amazing there! He is not only the nicest guy to deal with but he knows just what you need. 10/10 recommend when dealing with him. Trust is key with these kind of purchases and I wouldn't shop with anyone else!
