My experience at Sunnyside was overall great. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the visit enjoyable. That said, the setup felt a bit unusual, and with only one staff member working the register and over 10 people in line, the wait time was longer than expected. Despite this, the service was professional, and I’d definitely return. A little adjustment to staffing during busy times could make the experience even better!

Love love, love Sunnyside. The staff are always polite and helpful. Many selections for what you need or want. Cheaper then other places I've tried. It's easier if you put an order online first, then go in to pick it up.

I didn’t complete my online order ahead of arriving. Once they reviewed my ID, I was allowed to enter another room to order. I thought that I was supposed to order from the counter, so I waited in line. I realized that everyone in both lines had already ordered, so I stepped out of line and I went over to a sitting area with 2 tablets on bar-height tables. One tablet was sitting locked and unused. I attempted to open the Windows icon to access the Sunnyside webpage, to log in and complete my order. I guess I was supposed to wait until this dispensary guy got finished leaning all over each individual customer, close-talking to them, and asking personal questions while supposedly getting their dispensary orders, like we all didn’t just survive a pandemic. Although Sunnyside has computers you should be able to use, where you log into your account and order without the creepy employee assistance, this guy has decided to gate keep the process. He then tells me he would deal with me when he has time, when he gets finished with all the other people there…his words, not mine and he made a sweeping motion with his arm, in case I failed to see the 5 people sitting there. He was rude and I had done something to upset his fragile male ego. I felt that he was going to be more weird, so I walked out of the door, went to my car, ordered from my phone in the parking lot, returned inside the dispensary and got back in line less than 5 minutes. I really don’t see that I did anything wrong, but I avoided him. This dude got mad immediately and bitched out the front counter lady. Maybe he thought I hadn’t ordered, idk, still not the crisis he’s making it out to be. Of course the front counter lady couldn’t have known I was actually trying to avoid weird dispensary guy, but that’s why she got yelled at. He then walked right up to me and demanded to know about my order. I looked at him like he was crazy and I definitely felt threatened. I feel that I did the right thing by protecting myself from him and he reacted like a man denied the opportunity to harass a woman. I gave him a one word response and kept my eyes on him because I was definitely feeling all kinds of ‘stranger danger.’ That level of emotion for such an simple situation, in a place that sells drugs! He completely freaked me out. The whole situation is such an unnecessary hassle. I’ll never buy again.

Because it started out as medical they still have to catch up to show case there products. Every thing is in the back room. Michigan has a big room bright and all products can be seen while your on line. Better prices.
