3 years agoI had a great first experience here. This was my first dispensary experience in Arizona and I would definitely return. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were helped by an associate named Josh. Josh took the time to explain the products, showed us multiple options and helped us better understand the Arizona market. The dispensary is teller-style so you can’t walk around and view the products. I’d recommend reviewing their menu before going to get an idea of what you’re looking for. Prices were very reasonable and they had a good range of options.

4 years agoI purchased Cresco Refresh Hybrid Royal Highness Liquid Live Resin Cartridge 500mg today 3/9/2020 and it had a huge air pocket. I called and they said it needs to have some kind of air pocket. I understand however this pocket seems too big. I don't want to say anything bad about Encanto because they have awesome deals. I just want Encanto to review the size of the air pockets in their cartridges or at least the customer should check out their cartridges before leaving Encanto. Just in case the customer questions the size of the air pocket in their cartridges.

a year agoStarted going here regularly back in March, and its now my primary for affordable carts. They're deals on them are the best I've seen so far. Every Sunday 25% off all carts is just wonderful. And the staff are the friendliest I've ever seen in the valley. Also incredibly LGBT friendly!

a year agoRyan Godwin #1 in the Cannabis Industry Had a Medical delivery from Ryan Godwin, Strongly Recommend You get your service and all your work going forward with him, Ryan was Extremely professional, Courteous, And Patient beyond measure. I had just gotten off of work and did not have the funds. He allowed me to go secure the funds, well he completed other orders. Came back in a timely manner, actually faster then I would of thought. Handed me my merchandise with a smile on his face, Asked if there was any questions or concerns I had, Then bid me adieu. And was genuinely happy and not annoyed That I made him comeback. You don't see that anymore with service today. 10/10 give this man a promotion. He deserve that and more!! Thanks again Ryan Godwin, Best in the business.
