  Atom and Alex truly went above and beyond today, continuing to deliver excellent customer service despite really challenging lines and wait times. For whatever reason, these last few months, whenever I stop in there’s far too many people and too few bud tenders - I may have compared these lines to O’Hare terminal 5 immigration recently… however, despite this, they were incredibly knowledgeable about the inventory, were able to pick up on me having a tough day, and were able to successfully turn my day around and left me smiling. They’re the kind of people that keep customers coming back. Truly appreciated!

  Great insight from Nitro for the product I needed and helped me even remember to get my military discount on top of it. Also great service on another visit from Kevin on all the same counts! By the way the products are incredible and VERY fairly priced!
