  Today they seem unprepared, Shortstaffed and taking orders at the front which prolonged the line for people who are online orders. I thought the point of online orders was to make things faster so I wasn’t sure why we needed to wait behind people who had not placed an order. The guy who helped me was amazing and knows how to talk to someone who is clearly annoyed due to the poor service but I missed the name on his tag. Sergio one of the other employees well he is not so great at talking to people, he was also having a 10 minute conversation with people talking about the most random crap vs getting their order placed and getting them out the door as soon as possible, especially with how long the line. The guy next to him helped five different people before Sergio was even done talking
