They're friendly, know what they're talking about, and always point out the specials of the week to help save customers some money. Vertical in Cary is a superb dispensary well worth the visit.

in the last weekEh. I had an issue a while back that went ignored. I removed my negative review from that time but my problem was never fixed - so why be nice. They used to have a great rewards system, but something seems fundamentally different, now. Either I'm crazy, or products cost almost double the rewards points they used to. Accrual also feels slower. Overall, not a great experience here despite being a weekly customer for a while. Staff is usually great.

Online ordering is a breeze, and the prices have always been lower than others in the area. Vertical has a wide variety to choose from with some being local vendors. a month agoVery beautiful dispensary, I love chatting with the friendly staff and everyone is really knowledgeable about the stores items. I can always get a good suggestion. Prices are pretty good as far as most dispensaries and their point system makes it easy to get freebies every once in a while.
