3 months agoThe store is clean and inviting, with an amazing team. I always feel welcome and can talk to any employee about any of my questions or needs that visit. They're friendly, know what they're talking about, and always point out the specials of the week to help save customers some money. Vertical in Cary is a superb dispensary well worth the visit.

2 weeks agoHands down gotta say Vertical is the best dispensary in the area! I can get in and out without someone following me around like that place that has IVY and is in a HALL. Best prices,variety of products and excellent point system! Also Chloe is Amazing live ya girl!

2 weeks agoThis has to be the only place that loves to lose their customers, I will never understand it. What happened to "We will have the cheapest prices around" and lowering the prices as you grew? Only things that have happened is higher prices, along with taking away discounts and a non existent rewards program... So many other places offer so much more at greater prices. Yet this place seems to think they are the only around with the best prices (not at all). And many more are opening. Honestly this was my worst purchase ever made and very unhappy with it. Didn't realize before going there that you also removed the stacking of the early bird discount. Just more to take away from your loyal customers. And let's talk about the secret menu that is never even brought up by any of your staff, nor updated correctly. But again you can only use this once if you spend the "$60". So if I spend $120 I can still only get one item off this menu (that is not even good anyway). Yet at other places you again stack this along with discounts. Very sad to see greed take ahold of this place and ruin a good thing you could have had going. It's also very wild how a lot of the time I go in there, there is so much staff and nothing going on yet my order is still not ready or messed up.... Could really go on for days with the negatives. Until things are changed here in a big way, you have lost a loyal customer.

2 months agoEvery time I come to Vertical dispensary I am greeted with a friendly face. The store is Spotless And inviting. Caleb was my bud tender, and he was fantastic. He brings very good energy I appreciate everything about this dispensary
