I love coming to Windy City for everything I need! The staff are always very nice and professional, and super helpful. Dallas was such a huge help for me today when I was confused about a product, and Alan-who I believe is the gentleman who helped me check out-was so very kind and genuine. Every single person working had a friendly smile and gave warm goodbyes as I left, too! Seriously, this has got to be the best dispo in the area!

Dude this place just can’t get it right. Been going here since they opened. They seemed to be doing better probably new management or something but idk if it’s the holidays or something that changed cause most of the service there is now negative low energy. They have like one guy and two girls in the whole staff who is actually nice and can talk to customers through questions and make recommendations. The rest act like you’re incompetent or inconveniencing their day by being a customer, they even dress like they don’t care thats how you know what service you’ll be getting. That and if you’re recreational best believe you are the lowest class citizen here, like even the employees get to cut in front of you to buy when you been waiting in line for your turn make sure you double the time you think cause you might just get cut by medical and employees. So rude here, if it weren’t for the couple people that actually smile and look like they like their jobs this place would get 1 star.

I have only been to this location twice but they are off to a really good start. First off they were open which is more than I can say for Mission which is now temporarily closed with no reopening date in sight. So far I have found the selection of products better than Mission and have been on every occasion able to find several products that were in my price range to choose from. The staff on both occasions have been great. They have a security guard outside and I didn’t wait in line at all. Which is important at the end of a long day (right before closing). I certainly hope Mission reopens because it’s 3 blocks from my home, but if they don’t Windy City will be able to keep me supplied with the live resin vapes I have grown fond of.

Windy City Cannabis Homewood has a really nice assortment of products. I’ve been going there for three years and they’ve gotten bigger and better. The remodeled store is has so much space for their customers. It’s so much bigger and brighter and there’s a larger variety of products. I can’t forget, in addition to really good sales, they have an exclusive product menu when you spend over $50. I try to take advantage of the exclusive menu because it gives me a chance to try something new that I may not have considered otherwise but at a lower price. I love that this is a medical dispensary as well as recreational, I don’t have to drive to the city or Southwest suburbs, I can stay near home. All of the associates are really helpful and friendly. Anytime I’ve called or come in not sure about what exactly which product I want, they’ve had no problem taking time out to really help me find what will give me the effects I’m looking for. While all the associates are amazing I do have a few faves, Ieasha, Leah and Sean.
