I have only been to this location twice but they are off to a really good start. First off they were open which is more than I can say for Mission which is now temporarily closed with no reopening date in sight. So far I have found the selection of products better than Mission and have been on every occasion able to find several products that were in my price range to choose from. The staff on both occasions have been great. They have a security guard outside and I didn’t wait in line at all. Which is important at the end of a long day (right before closing). I certainly hope Mission reopens because it’s 3 blocks from my home, but if they don’t Windy City will be able to keep me supplied with the live resin vapes I have grown fond of.

Windy City Cannabis Homewood has a really nice assortment of products. I’ve been going there for three years and they’ve gotten bigger and better. The remodeled store is has so much space for their customers. It’s so much bigger and brighter and there’s a larger variety of products. I can’t forget, in addition to really good sales, they have an exclusive product menu when you spend over $50. I try to take advantage of the exclusive menu because it gives me a chance to try something new that I may not have considered otherwise but at a lower price. I love that this is a medical dispensary as well as recreational, I don’t have to drive to the city or Southwest suburbs, I can stay near home. All of the associates are really helpful and friendly. Anytime I’ve called or come in not sure about what exactly which product I want, they’ve had no problem taking time out to really help me find what will give me the effects I’m looking for. While all the associates are amazing I do have a few faves, Ieasha, Leah and Sean.

Today, I learned the hard way that Medical clients are not prioritized anymore at this location. Manager didn't bother to tell me when he greeted me. The sign suggesting the new rule is too small to see when you're in line. The agent who finally helped me with my preorder was inefficient and flat out rude to me. I've only ever had terrific experiences here, until today. I will not be returning.

You sold me a bad vape. It doesn't work. I puff and it's air. I tried two different pens and the same thing I just bought it and opened it. I told myself I was done coming here. I mentioned it to someone they never said anything about a replacement. I really need to disconnect with this location. Lines with two ppl working are just insane all the space but no workers.

Love this place! However, they need a better set up for the medical. Sitting here almost 30 minutes getting passed up because medical keeps coming in. Anyway you can take the medical in one lane? I mean it’s almost ridiculous ! No other dispensary does this
