I rarely post comments but i had it to about the customer service experience. I had the pleasure of getting a representative by the name of Frank. We was amazing! I had a question about the loyalty rewards.We was kind, knowledgeable & resolved my issue Talking with him was like talking to a friend Definitely need more representatives like him!

The best darn dispensary, honestly. Nicest employees and amazing deals and the only dispensary in Illinois where ive actually been given anything for free. Multiple times. Like for my birthday for instance. 35 dollars worth of free item. Like i cant really stress enough how great this place is.

I bought some gummies here a couple weeks ago. I'm so tired of these places with Pentagon level security, but no customer service. I gave the cashier my money in his hand and he gave me my change back and put it down on the counter. That is disrespectful. When I told him about it, he explained to me that the cameras are watching him and that's how they give money back. That's unacceptable, I will not be back. Also, why do dispensaries check your ID twice, as if you can pull something in the 30 seconds it takes you to walk up to the counter.

Can you guys please get more cashier And can you come up with better solution for waiting in line when it comes to medical. recreational Can be waiting over 20 minutes if medical keeps walking in I think they should have two lines one for medical and one for recreational
