I had a question about the loyalty rewards.We was kind, knowledgeable & resolved my issue Talking with him was like talking to a friend Definitely need more representatives like him!

4 months agoAll I can say is AMAZING!!!!! Really great prices especially with the sales and the Windy City app collecting money off and gifts always a bonus is my eyes. Everything I’ve tried is amazing even good quality shake.the cherry on top is the amazing staff makes is very easy and comfortable to the point I come every paid day….. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

5 months agoI can’t say enough about the people who work here. They are all very helpful and very kind. And the sale that are always offered really helps. Great place, I drive out of my way to go there. And I’m walking distance from one place and 10 minutes away (driving) from two others.

4 months agoDrove 2+ Hours and was told I'd receive extra 10% off order as per the deal stated online, AIC on shift told me that since I downloaded the app today they couldn't apply the discount. I asked multiple times over the phone and I was assured by Frank I'd receive the extra 10% off even if I downloaded the app same day. Extremely disappointed and will be encouraging people I know to not shop with Windy City.
