I'm a patient who visits the store monthly. About 3 weeks ago I brought in a vape cartridge that I purchased in July. Unaware of your two week return policy I assumed a defective cartridge would be replaced. This cartridge was damaged and no plastic safety cap was present when I opened...when needed in August. I explained all this to the worker assisting me. He excused himself and went to speak to the manager "Will" .was his name. The "Manager" explained the two week return policy,which I told him then , I don't open the products until needed so how would I know prior that it was damaged ? Long story short I did not receive a replacement,an apology for the inconvenience, or any additional information other than the company the vape cartridge was from would not reimburse Zen leaf for the damaged cartridge. For the amount of money I spend at Zen Leaf they should of done the right thing and ate the cost. Also this manager came off condescending and didn't seem interested in trying to remedy the problem. Arrogant as well. If these are the type of people you hire for customer service and place in a management position I feel I may have to go back to Veri Life for my patient needs. Clearly he lacks managerial skills. I've managed many people in a 35 years span and this young man needs to go back to school and learn the fundamentals of dealing with consumers,and their problems. Managing is problem solving when needed. He did not do that in my opinion. It's left me with no resolution to my problem and I have concerns about future needs. Sandra

Definitely one of my go-to Dispensaries. They always have a decent selection of my favorite brand Garcia hand picked.

I use to go to another dispensary in lower bucks, Moved up here and started going to Zen, The selection at Zen is much better than the previous place I went to. Also Zen ALWAYS has a deal, promotion, They are affordable, even on broke weeks, u can walk out of there with something NICE. DEFINITELY the deals are awesome there. The staff is mostly young, Helpful, In this day and age, it's hard to find good employees. Shout out to the staff there'. Only other thing I can say is, it's on us, the patient, to investigate what strains and things u are looking for. The staff can help, point u in a direction, but I found I tend to do better finding own strain,

Nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean place. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My visit took about 15 mins in its entirely. The Cresco live sugar and live budder is outstanding. The selection was limited to just those two strains of concentrates at the time of my visit which is unacceptable- and the reason is a little unclear. ATM on location.

TerraVida is a nice place staffed by even nicer people. The menu is huge which they constantly update. They are always getting new stock so theres always something for everybody. One slight negative is there can be a bit of a wait time. But thats to be expected because it gets crowded. Im giving these guys 5 stars because its evident that they are working hard to bring relief and awareness to the community. Thank you TerraVida!
