Tamara is not only very attentive but she is knowledgeable, and she’s very affable. She is kind and authentic, which is not easy to find in the service industry. As this was my first visit to the germantown location i was very satisfied with the experience of it all. I was greeted by a very polite rep as soon as i walked in. He got me all checked and in and made sure i knew what to do next. My buddtender Michael P was the most helpful out of all that I interacted with on this visit.
