They will walk you through any problems that you have and they will make sure before you leave. You have a smile on your face every time I come to Zen. Leave. I'm always glad that I came. I'm reassured. They have great products at great prices. But really? The reason I go is because of the people that work there. It's just great company. I can't wait to go back❤️❤️❤️🏆💯

6 months agoCheck your order before you leave. Received the wrong product and didn't notice until I was home 3 hours later. I called and was told to return for an exchange. So I have to go back to the sketchy location after 5 and wasn't offered anything for my troubles. I won't be back. Update.... I took the product back still in the plastic and was told they wouldn't accept them because I took the stickers off. No return and no money returned for paying for more expensive product. They ripped me off!!!!! BEWARE
