There are much better options in the Baltimore area for decently priced recreational cannabis. That being said, I went to this branch telling them I would like to buy their value brand stuff because every dispensary has Premium price, stuffed and bargain price stuff available. He pulled it up on their tablet and said this is all of our cheaper Products . Right away, the prices were high, but I went against my better judgment because there was a very long line so I just kind of rushed it, but he didn’t point me to their cheap stuff. And then on top of that, I bought a one G cart And told him I needed to make sure that it was a 510 thread. The guy went back and checked and said Yep you’re good. And when I got home and looked it’s not a 510 thread. It’s some kind of special cart made for only certain batteries.. And the best part is the receipt says no exchanges or returns. So on top of bad advice for their bargain price stuff the buffoon also never actually made sure That the cartridge would fit a 510 thread battery. I probably knew I should’ve stayed away from this place because originally when I was told that I was a new customer I would get 20% off. They never actually applied it. This place is stealing from people and I’m also gonna report them to the Maryland Attorney General.

Everyone here is so helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They make the shopping experience a very positive and pleasant one! Zen Leaf always has great deals and awesome products! Today I got the pleasure of interacting with Jack and I must say he was overall phenomenal! His energy and witty sense of humor made my experience even better! I highly recommend!

Jada was great. Very empathetic and quick with my transaction, she took time to look into why I wasn’t receiving points for my purchases. I was a little upset that I couldn’t get the points I earned because my profile was set up incorrectly. I come a lot. Unfortunately, it was the second time that an employee made a mistake that I had to pay for. It’s a bit of a bummer since I enjoy the staff when I come. I did however get a 30% off card which I think I was gonna get anyways lol Anyways, great service, products are always nice. Just would recommend keeping receipts and double checking before you leave.

I had such a great experience at Zen Leaf in Towson. Jesse was kind and pleasant. I was greeted by Jaida when I came in and she checked me in. She was absolutely excellent from the moment I walked in until the time I left. She was very inviting and encouraged my terrible singing and really helped to make my experience excellent! Great team and great specials on high quality products puts this dispensary one of my favorites!

Joshua is always there and helps me out everytime! I know I’m a pain in the butt but he is always smiling and friendly, and never disappoints when I have questions or need help deciding on something. No complaints - compared to other dispensaries in the Baltimore area, Zen is by FAR my favorite. The laid back and welcoming atmosphere is absolutely amazing compared to the rude and high strung staff at other places… I’m only coming to this location from now on! Joshua deserves a raise— he is great with customers and so easy to deal with. Keep up the awesome work to everyone that works there,truly a great experience. I rarely leave a review unless it’s for an awful experience that I can’t forget… ZL stands out enough that I can’t sing their praises enough. PS Just want to say that Jack who sometimes works up front is wonderful as well. (He was not there on my visit today, but was there last time) He is also super friendly and great with customers!! Such a great group of employees. Can’t wait to come back. 🙌🙌
